近年來我們持續關注的各項拆遷議題，共有七個自救會今（17）日集結在行政院大門舉辦記者會，要求政府落實《文化基本法》，呼籲將重大開發案納入「文化影響評估」制度。

昨（16）日突襲被強拆的[南山公墓](https://www.cdns.com.tw/articles/1461354?ref=taitokchi.com)、説沒錢火速拆除日治宿舍的[台大](https://talk.ltn.com.tw/article/breakingnews/5293800?ref=taitokchi.com)，是近期文化資產的重要議題。背後，皆牽涉了未來開發的利益與糾結。今天全台各地集結在台北的七個自救會包括：

發言人提及，四年舉辦一次的「[全國文化會議](https://nccwp.moc.gov.tw/?ref=taitokchi.com)」避談爭議、無視現在正面臨危機的文化資產。中央與地方的權責不同，讓古蹟、歷史記憶遭受不平等的對待。因此呼籲行政院落實《[文化基本法](https://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=H0170151&ref=taitokchi.com)》，將重大開發案納入「文化影響評估」，避免文資審議出現階級差異。

由各地人士組成的「七大文資爭議重災區」要求政府檢視修法漏洞、建立調和爭議機制，並且協調各部會、提升審議程序公開透明度。除了民間指出文化部未履行承諾「調和文資審議重大爭議案件」的修法目標，但也要記得監督地方政府與文資審議委員是否盡責、認真看待在地文化。
