每當打開電視新聞看到「[東港第一尾](https://hakkanews.tw/2026/04/07/270385/?ref=taitokchi.com)」直覺聯想到就是 TORO [黑鮪魚](https://www.fa.gov.tw/view.php?theme=Press%5Frelease&subtheme=&id=2121&ref=taitokchi.com)（北太平洋黑鮪）。2010年代鮪魚數量來到歷史新低點、2012年有研究評論擔心將迎接〈[最後的黑鮪魚季](https://e-info.org.tw/node/79271?ref=taitokchi.com)〉、2013年的報導〈[瀕臨滅絕的黑鮪魚](https://dq.yam.com/post/639?ref=taitokchi.com)〉指出魚量驟降了96%。因此民間與政府便開始介入來[解決問題](https://fae.moa.gov.tw/theme%5Fdata.php?theme=topics&sub%5Ftheme=knowledge&id=48&ref=taitokchi.com)。

然而在2026年的[海洋日](https://news.ltn.com.tw/news/politics/breakingnews/5464275?ref=taitokchi.com)，我們有一則好消息。北太平洋黑鮪一度從[瀕危](https://pansci.asia/archives/163377?ref=taitokchi.com)到現在復甦。族群恢復、[配額](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=%5FShOJLn2rKc&ref=taitokchi.com)增加。證明如果有經過好的管理，海產是有機會重回榮景的。漁業署長昨（6）日也造訪[東港漁市](https://news.ltn.com.tw/news/life/breakingnews/5463419?ref=taitokchi.com)，關心黑鮪捕撈、產銷狀況。漁獲的復甦、[大豐收](https://www.ettoday.net/news/20240604/2751815.htm?ref=taitokchi.com)，對討海人來講，是最開心的消息。甚至還有餐廳業者表示：「[可回饋消費者。](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arqtoyTmcfY&ref=taitokchi.com)」

每年，黑鮪魚替屏東帶來將近二十億元的魚獲和觀光產值。
